I believe that all you need to do is make a change to Global.asa and
save it, to restart the application.

It has not been specified what this script is doing, but the default
timeout is 90 seconds. It is probably worth taking a look at why the
script is taking so long to process, as simply increasing the timeout
may not necessarily address the problem satisfactorily.
