Have you actually seen the site on her computer?  Perhaps you could
get her to send you a screen shot if not.

On the technical side of things - I notice all your text is in a table
because of the table-based design.  In certain versions of browsers
(admittedly IE5.5) specifying a font-size for the Body element has no
effect on the defaul font size for Table elements.  You could perhaps
try styling the outer table element instead.

To fix it quickly you'll need to replicate it in your own environment,
do you have a mac to download Firefox 1.0.6?

...or does she mean the font size used in images?
