I've been really happy with HMV - <http://www.hmv.com>.  They've always had 
what I've been looking for including some rather obscure stuff. Plus, if 
you buy 5 CDs at once, shipping/handling is/are free. And, of course, they 
deal in Canadian dollars. YMMV.
