Yes - upload the Eudora folder  in your system folder, as well as the 
eudora application folder (different versions of Eudora kept things in 
different places)
Install OS X w/classic support
Move the Eudora stuff into the Applications (OS 9) and the OS 9 system 
folder

If you want, you can import your old messages into Mail - although 
there will be some funkey formatting.

Or if you prefer, set Eudora not to check mail under "Personalities and 
Personality Extras).

I used to recommend Eurora to my Mac clients ... not it's perhaps the 
worst of the popular choices. Drat.
