Can't ping it from home (UK based ISP), but up (and hacked apparently, by
'Patriot, Freedom Cyber Force Militia "God Bless our Troops"') from work,
which is via a UK IBM proxy. It's not responding to pings from work -
could be they've closed that port.

It's just a frames redirect to
http://members.networld.com/freedom2003/index.sb
anyway, which is also timing out to Pings from work.
