Hi Rob,

Total shot in the dark here ... do you, bychance, have any kind of
uniqueness test to make sure two users aren't on the same session?

If you did then:

1) The initial [user token + 'Americas'] would be okay.
2) The change to [user token + 'Europe'] would be okay.
3) The change back to [user token + 'Americas'] could trip a collision
error since that "step one" session was never closed.
