if I had known when I first struck out on my own, what's it been, eleven
years ago, that *I* was interviewing *clients* to be sure they were
someone I wanted to work with, and if I had known that people don't know
what to expect until you tell them, I would have avoided about nine
pounds of solid grief over the past 1.1 decades.
