Observations:

IE6, IE7, IE8, Opera 9.64 & Opera 10a: slideshow seems to pause/hang
after a while, and although Opera gets going again after having lost an
image or two, all IE versions hang and need reload. IE8 reports "Error
on page".

Works perfectly stable in Opera 9.64/10a with script-support off.

Konqueror 4.0.3 doesn't get past first image regardless of nav-method.

Safari 3.2.x, Safari 4pb, Firefox 3.0.x & Firefox 3.5b4: seems to work
alright.

Conclusion: script isn't working as intended (but don't ask me what's
wrong with it :-) ).
