[Javascript] setting site as home page by clicking

Hey Alexis,

I'm sure someone will send in exactly what to do in a minute but if you're
using dreamweaver, you can go to their site and check out their kind of
javascript plug in page where someone has coded a script to do exactly
this... you just click where you want it to appear on your page...
