FWIW, I've had much better results with the AspNetAnyQuestionIsOK group on 
Yahoo groups.

Gene, you might want to consider redirecting this question to an ASP.NET
list. I realize a certain portion of this is JavaScript but even there MS
uses a JavaScript library that the ASP crowd would be more familiar with.
aspadvice.com comes to mind.
